Refund policy

Return of your purchase may be made within 14 days of receiving a piece purchased directly through lulastudio.com. If you wish to return a piece, it must be undamaged, unused and clean. Please email hello@lulastudio.com before sending your piece back to confirm you are doing so. If you regret your purchase, please send or deliver the item to: Lula Studio, Rystien 1, 3300 Frederiksværk, Denmark.

Please inform of your shipping tracking number by email to hello@lulastudio.com. You must return the item in the original packaging. You should also make sure that the item is properly wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the package yourself until it is received by Lula Studio. The costs associated with the return will be covered by you. The item must be shipped no later than 14 days after you have notified that you wish to cancel your purchase. Your refund will be credited to the same card used to make the original purchase. Private commissions and custom-made pieces cannot be returned or refunded.
