Welcome to Lula Studio. These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made from lulastudio.com. When placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. Please carefully read the terms and conditions before placing your order.

Orders
Once you have requested an order, you will receive a confirmation of your order request by email. Please note that this is not the final order confirmation. The order is not binding until it is approved by Kristina Lula. You will receive an order and shipping confirmation with estimated time of delivery by email. If, for any reason, Kristina Lula is unable to fulfill your order, you will be informed at the earliest opportunity. If Kristina Lula has already received payment for such order, the corresponding amount will be refunded using the same method used to make the payment. If, for any reason, alternative arrangements are necessary, you will be contacted to settle the refund.
Prices and payment
All prices are indicated in DKK and 5% Danish sales (artist) tax/VAT is included. Delivery charge or local customs fee, tax and duties are not included. Please note that if your order is placed outside the EU you may not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT, which could be refunded from the Danish authorities, but you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Kristina Lula is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges and to get the refund of the Danish sales tax/VAT from the Danish authorities.
Defects and complaints
The goods are insured in transit. Please verify the package and content upon receipt. In case of damaged items in transit, please email hello@lulastudio.com within 24 hours of receiving the package with attached evidence photos. In case of a complaint or an order not delivered, please contact hello@lulastudio.com
Colour and shape
All pieces are made by hand by Lula Studio in Denmark. Due to the nature of the craft, please allow for subtle differences in size and finish between pieces.
Every effort is made to ensure colors appear as realistic as possible. However, due to the constraints of digital reproduction on different web browsers, the exact color depiction cannot be guaranteed.
Care and use
To care for your hemp piece, please hand rinse your pieces. They are not dishwasher safe. They are not watertight. Vessels comes with a glass cylinder for water. Hempcrete is a semi-porous material and should be handled with care to ensure that the items remain undamaged. Lula Studio is not responsible for broken pieces from mishandling. Depending on the surface you intend to place the hemp piece on, you may wish to attach felt to the bottom of a sculpture. Lula Studio is not responsible for marks left on surfaces that vessels may leave due to the textured surface.
Security
Lula Studio is committed to protecting your privacy. All information provided by you is received securely through SSL and will not be disclosed to any unauthorised third parties.
Governing law
The agreement to sell and purchase items from lulastudio.com shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, excluding the conflict of law rules.
